Working Principle of the Automatic Carrot Washing Machine

After the carrots are fed into the machine, multiple rotating brush rollers continuously scrub and turn the vegetables. The friction generated between the brush rollers and the carrots, as well as between the carrots themselves, effectively removes soil, dirt, and surface impurities.

At the same time, a high-pressure spray system continuously sprays clean water onto the carrots, washing away loosened dirt and debris. For peeling applications, hard brush rollers can be installed to provide a gentle peeling effect while maintaining product quality.

Once the cleaning process is completed, the discharge door is opened, and the cleaned carrots are automatically discharged from the machine.

The machine adopts an adjustable speed control system, double sprocket and double chain transmission structure for stable operation.
