1. Full Automatic Screw Feeding Type Carrot Washing Peeling Machine

Full Automatic Screw Feeding Carrot Washing Peeling Machine is used to wash and peel the carrot.  It is a special design with a screw feeding structure, which makes it realize full automatic working. Full Automatic Screw Feeding Carrot Washing Peeling Machine can be used for cleaning, washing and peeling the stem, root vegetables and fruits, such as potato, carrot, sweet potato, carrot, radish, taro, kiwi fruit, cassava root-stock materials, Areca Seed, Betelnuttetc. Machine design is reasonable and easy to keep clean.

Working Principle of Screw Feeding Carrot Washing Peeling Machine

1. It uses attrition roller to peel off the deeper skin of vegetables&fruits, and the peeled material’s surface is very smooth.
2. While peeling the vegetable or fruit, there is high-pressure water cleaning them at the same time.
3. Washed by the high-pressure water, the dust attached on the surface of vegetables can be cleaned thoroughly, and vegetable skin can be peeled by the rollers and attrition.
4. After washing and peeling, the screw helps it discharge the finished products automatically.

2. Peeled Carrot Selecting Conveyor

After carrot washing peeling, the unqualified carrot can be removed when it moving on this conveyor.  This conveyor adopts food grade PVC material. The frame adopts SUS304 stainless steel made and the conveyor speed is adjustable

3. Carrot Chips Cutting Machine

Full Automatic Multi-Layer Carrot Dryer Machine is used as vegetables, medicines, fruits dewatering and drying.. After drying, carrot vegetable becomes dry, then can process into carrot powder or carrot particle. The drying equipment space with 25-130m2 different models can meet different material production.
